Lobar
Engineering designed the structure for a 3-story, 30,000 SF
office building. The building is comprised of composite steel
framing for the elevated floors and conventional steel framing
for the roof. A moment frame system was utilized to resist the
lateral loads due to the expanse of glass. The foundation
system is a combination of spread footing and concrete retaining
walls. Lobar Engineering also designed the structure for the 2
story, 26,000 SF addition to the building. Facilities Planners
+ Architects, Inc. were the architects for this design/build
project. |
